He is survived by: his children, Steve Cagle (Teresa), Tonya Short (Robert) and Shannon Buchanan (Frank); his grandchildren, Katelyn Cagle, Andrew Short, Ashleigh Pitzer, Garret Allen and Matthew Allen; and his friend Sara Compton.
