He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony B. Pascoal and Leah C. Pascoal; and his sisters, Evelyn Dusenbery and Irene Barry. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Cates Pascal; his children, Michael Pascal (Debra), Linda Turner (Bill) and Sandra Turner; and his grandchildren, Ryan Pascal, Mandy Pascal, Haley Pascal, Rachel Turner and Will Turner.
