He is survived by: his wife Barbara Brooks Freeman; his children, Lisa Hobbs (Steve), Wendy Brown (James) and Brooks Freeman (Sheila); his grandchildren, Flannery Whaley, Kristi Hobbs, Jackson Freeman and Frances Moss; and his great grandchild Amelia Moss.
