Sammy Ray Acker Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sammy Ray Acker (Montevallo, Alabama), who passed away on February 1, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James B. Acker and Gladys Acker; and his brother Michael Acker (Mickey). He is survived by : his wife Sue Acker; his children, James Acker (Tonia) and Delbra Ireland (Barney); his grandson Preston Acker; and his siblings, Daniel Acker, Mabel Murphy and Irene Parker.
