In the sacred silence of farewell, Silvia Bucio is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Silvia Bucio's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her friend Flowers; her children, Adela Yuliana Bautista Bucio, Lorena Bautista Bucio, Mariela Bautista Bucio, Erica Lopez Bucio and Eduardo F. Lopez Bucio; and her grandchildren, Evelyn Velez, Uziel Colin, Melissa Gonzalez, Lorena Gonzalez, Mattheo Lopez and Elias Lopez. She was also cherished by her family, and her many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home (475 Cahaba Valley Rd, Pelham, AL 35124). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church (80 St Thomas Way, Montevallo, AL 35115).
