Todgers; his siblings, Ernestine Millings (Edgar), Teresa Nelms (Tommy), Ruby Johnson (David), Faye Layton, Charles Fletcher (Naomi) and Bishop Arthur Fletcher (Pam); his aunt Katie Knight; and his uncle Jack Sails. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
