It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amelia Anne Strickland (Montgomery, Alabama), who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Story; and her stepmother Bonny Story. She is survived by: her mother Dorothy "Anne" Story; her sisters, Carol Morris (Greg), Susan Story and Annie Durr (Tony); her husband Terry Strickland; her children, Stacey Hutcheson (JC) and Jonathan Newman (Wendy); and her grandchildren, Makayla Newman, Amelia Grace Newman, Peyton Halstead and Kayne Halstead. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
