He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Fast and Marion Fast. He is survived by: his wife Paula Gray Fast; his daughter Heather Fast Stojak (David); his granddaughter Sadie Stojak; his brother Harvey Fast; and his caregivers, Donna Vickery, Kisten Gibson and Samantha Lofland. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
