She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Hooks (Johnnie Sampson) and Todd Hooks (Tammy); her daughter-in-law Marlene Melancon Hooks; her grandchildren, Dustin Hooks (Falon), Aaron Hooks (Summer) and Meagan Eiseman; and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Rhett, Ollie and Leighton Hooks.
