She is survived by: her husband Phillip David Strength; her daughter Rae Strength Stephens (Richard); her grandchildren, Collin Stephens (Grace), Preston Stephens, Parker Stephens and Mary Virginia Stephens; and her sister Jenny Lanier (Rod).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Beulah Baptist Church.
