She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Dean Cummings and Curtis Cummings; her stepfather Ben Akin; and her daughter-in-law Karen Saintsing Puckett. She is survived by: her husband Larry Puckett; her children, Jan Chapman (Joel) and Steve Puckett; her stepsiblings, Janis Combs (late Bobby), Jane Merrick (Charlie) and Ben Akin (Carol); and her grandsons, Joel "Chap" Chapman, IV, Jaye Chapman (Madison) and Josh Puckett. She is also survived by her mom and stepdad as well as her in-laws.
