He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Blakey Vinson and Joseph Thomas Vinson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Vinson (Bobbie); his children, Bo Vinson (Amanda), Michelle Griswell (Chris), Jeh Vinson (Liz) and Kat Brand (Walter); his grandchildren, Anna Harper Brand, Emily Frances Brand, Thomas Joseph Brand, Paul Williams Brand, Thomas Raines Vinson and Edward Brooks Vinson; and his siblings, Mike Vinson (Lee) and Leigh Vinson Tarpos.
