He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brasker Moncrief (Mammie Elizabeth Moncrief) and Mammie E Moncrief of Union Alabama; his siblings, Roland Moncrief, Bud Moncrief, Annie Mary Gallander, Leora Smith, Betty Prusak, Rosie Browning and Edith Ledbetter; his children, Lewis Moncrief (Stacy), Dale Pinson (Cecil) and Terri James (Mike); his grandchildren, Michael Moncrief (Casey), Christy Harrelson (Kris), April Funderburk (Chris), Bradley James (Sarah), Savannah Whitehead (Jimmy), Jennifer Ames (Jeff), Kalee Smith (Taylor) and Ethan Headley; his brother James (Jim) Moncrief (Betty); his close friend Hazel Hann; and his grandsons, Dusty Duck, Jimmy Whitehead, Taylor Smith and Jeff Elliot. He was also cherished by 16 great-grandchildren, several loving nephews, nieces, and a host of friends.
