With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Richard May Jr. of Montgomery, Alabama, born in Martin, Tennessee, who passed away on June 22, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Winnie Agnes Williamson May; his parents, Cecil Richard May, Sr. and Mary Monette Crain Tindall; and his grandson Bradley Richard May. He is survived by: his wife Janice Blevins May; his brother David May (Charlene) of St. Paul, MN; his children, Betty Lozada (Ivan) of Sugar Land, TX, Cecil May, III (Patti), Roslyn Miller (Andy) of Orlando, FL and Richard May (JeannaLynn) of Yukon, OK; his grandchildren, Cecil May, IV (Emma) of Liberty, TX, Bethany Cowdrey (Jared) of Edmond, OK, Jonathan Miller (Felicia) of Ocala, FL and Brittney Lemons (Brad) of Andover, KS; his great grandchildren, Jax, Cecil V and Leland May of Liberty, TX; and his grandchildren, Sophia, Jace, Drew Cowdrey of Edmond, OK, Noah, Lucas Miller of Ocala, FL, Ezekiel and Marceline Lemons of Andover, KS.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the V.P. Black College of Biblical Studies at Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL, or What God Has Joined Ministries in Yukon, OK.
