He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Roling Collins; his son Charles Edward Collins, Jr. (Kelli); his sister Ann Ammons (Billy Ray); his grandsons, Cory Collins and Clay Collins; and his daughter-in-law Laurie Ann Collins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
