He is survived by: his wife Susan Payne (O'Neal); his daughters, Elizabeth Holloway "Holly" Payne and Hayden Zieman (Payne); his siblings, Joseph "Rusty" Payne (Judy) and Elizabeth "Libba" Carmichael (Steve); and his sons-in-law, David M. Frazier, Daniel P. Zieman and Fitzgerald.
