He is survived by: his wife Rachel Wells; his daughters, Brenda Wells Nichols and Reba Wells Summers (Bill); his stepchildren, Mike Mays (Luz) and Regan Wise (David); his grandchildren, Krista Nichols, Emily Miller (Andrew) and Michael Summers (Valerie); and his great grandchildren, Kurt Wells Miller, Collier Wade Miller, Tyson Wayne Summers, Levi William Summers and Ryder Todd Summers.
