He was predeceased by: his parents, George Winstein and Helen Winstein; his in-laws, Chuck and Verna LeClaire; and his sister-in-law Kay Melemed.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Winstein; and his children, Doug (Angela), Jennifer (Jaime), Joshua (Kelly), Russell, Melissa (Chris), Daniel and Lance (Krista). He is also survived by seven children and spoiling his 18 grandchildren.
