The lying in state will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Phillips-Riley (2284 W Fairview Ave, Montgomery, AL 36108). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the First Missionary Baptist Church (305 S Perry St, Montgomery, AL 36104). Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and services.
