She was predeceased by: her mother Ruby Jo Isaac. She is survived by: her sons, Peyton Spottswood Mathis, IV (Michael) and Jefferson Warner Mathis (Victoria); her sisters, Rebecca Issac Shearman (Chris) and Cynthia Isaac Beaman; her siblings' children, Anne McCabe Schilleci (Vince), Mary Margaret Ivey Kinney (Ray), John Warner McCabe, David Cammack McCabe (Lowery), Warner Livingston Mathis, III (Mary Frances) and Christopher Arthur Shearman, II (Allisa); and her siblings-in-law, Warner Livingston Mathis, Jr. (Missy), Marcia Mathis McCabe (David) and Hazel Mims "Mimmi" Mathis. She is also survived by ten great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Ascension (315 Clanton Ave, Montgomery, AL 36104). Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1173 Cascade Cir SW, Atlanta, GA 30311).
