She was predeceased by: her parents, Janette Kulbersh and Dave Kulbersh; and her sister Karen Kulbersh Weinstein of Lumberton. She is survived by: her husband Barry Blondheim; her children, Sheri Weiner (Ron Weiner) of Atlanta and Lane Blondheim (Stephanie Blondheim) of Loganville; her grandchildren, Ray, Noah Blondheim, Dana, Eli and Kate Weiner; her great grandchild Leo Rubin; her brother Dr. David Kulbersh of Columbia; and her siblings-in-law, Joy Blondheim and Dickie Blondheim.
