She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charlie Harvey, Jr. and Mattie Williams Harvey; her grandparents, George Sr. and Polly Williams; her husband Preston; her children, Kathy, Preston and Kawanda; her grandson Christopher; her brothers, Edward Williams and William C. Harvey; her son Eric Darnell Herndon (Wendy) of Montgomery, AL; her grandchildren, Gredonna Hope, DeMarcus, Gabrielle, Shasha, Khalid, Kadeejah LaShayee, Cassandra "Keisha" and Eric Jr.; her sisters-in-law, Bessie Williams of Armstrong, AL and Janice Harvey of Montgomery, AL; her cousin Alice LaFaye Avery; and her friend Irene Menefee (Patsy). She was also cherished by her great-grands, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
