She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Rolan Coleman and Tommie Elizabeth Coleman; her husband Charles Smith, Sr.; her children, Katie (Scott), Charles (Ashley) and Tori (Neal); and her grandchildren, Cole, Cate, Ellie, Ella, Neely, Weslianne, Annie, Max, Susie, Everlie, Tommy and Davy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in honor of Dorothy's lifelong love for children.
