He was predeceased by : his parents, Holley Edward Rutledge and Kylie McHaney Rutledge; and his siblings, Ruby Rutledge Baugh and Marvin Rutledge. He is survived by : his wife Emily Totty Rutledge; his daughters, Maureen Rutledge Kingry (Lee), Jeannine Rutledge Carleton and Kay Rutledge Woller (Will); his grandchildren, Stacey Tarrant (Jeff), Amy Roper (John), Cameron Carleton, Kylie Cantrell (Justin), Caroline Woller, Sarah Catherine Reid (Eric) and William Woller, Jr. (Kileigh); and his brother Irvin Rutledge. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
