He is survived by: his wife Carolyn B Burleson; his children, Debbie B Hollingsworth and Rocky M Burleson (Lee); his stepson Brad R Quillen; his grandchildren, James Hollingsworth (Kat), Sabrina Hollingsworth, Erin Burleson and Bryan Burleson; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Quillen (Jamie) and Jamey Quillen; and his brothers, Billy Burleson (Glenda) and Jimmy Burleson (Diane).
