He was predeceased by: his wife Johnnie Ruth King Parker; and his parents, W. C. Parker and Effie Parker of East Brewton, Alabama.. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Parker Hand (Mike) and Cindy Parker Langley (Mark); his grandchildren, Melanie Hand Stanford (Ryan), Alan Hand and Adam Langley (Allison); and his great grandchildren, Tyler Hand, Parker Langley and Fletcher Langley.
