He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Moore and Sara Moore (Williams); his wife Evita "Tina" Moore Golden; and his brother Jack. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Moore and Amy Snell; and his grandchildren, Amanda Wesson, Jordan Bowden and Victoria Cullom. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
