She was predeceased by: her husband George Richard Spahr; her parents, Edgar Lee Clements and Margaret Freeman Clements Copeland; and her brother Edward Adams Clements. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Todd Stearns (Sharon) and Bradford Lee Stearns; her sister Elizabeth Clements Smith; her grandchildren, Rachel Hutto (Colby), Spencer Jay (Mandy) and Jeremy Stearns (JT); her nephew Jim Helms; and her niece Michelle Jackson. She is also survived by her two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Alzheimer's Association or the charity of your choice.
