The lying in state was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Phillips-Riley Chapel (2284 W Fairview Ave, Montgomery, AL 36108). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church.
