He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy McLean Bailey; his son Hiram Corbrey "Bud" Bailey, Jr.; and his great grandchild Emily Gilliland of Virginia. He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Bailey Gibbons (Mike); his daughter-in-law Ann Bailey; his grandchildren, Melissa Lee Gilliland, Maryann Lee, Melora Lee Moore (Justin), Courtney Gibbons Sellers (Daniel) and Wes Bailey (Heather); and his great grandchildren, William Gilliland, Evelyn Moore, Carter Moore, Hudson Moore, Lydia Moore, Jordan Owens (Leslie), Jake Owens, Jaiden Owens, Breland Sellers, Madelyn Sellers, Grayson Yarborough, Ethan Bailey, Lucy Bailey and Millie Hope Bailey.
