He is survived by: his wife Carol of Montgomery, AL; his children, Kristin Allen (Blue) of Montgomery, AL, Erik McDade (Heather) of Spanish Fort, AL and Courtney Sprinkle of Birmingham, AL; his grandsons, Alexander Wylie of Montgomery, AL, John David Allen of Montgomery, AL and Ethan Allen of Montgomery, AL; and his siblings, Dale Sprinkle, Linda Kay Merritt of Gastonia, NC and Ramona Farr (Bob) of Winston-Salem, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
