Jann Clackler Rust Obituary

Jann Clackler Rust passed away December 21st at Compasses Hospice Care In Irondale, AL, after a battle with cancer. She is proceeded in death by her father James Douglas Clackler, her grandmother Kathaleen Wright. She is survived by her son Josh Clackler of Hoover, AL, her daughter Lacey Rust of Montgomery, AL, her mother Glenda W Clackler of Maplesville and her brother Bryan Clackler of Panama City, FL. Jann was born on May 20th, 1967. She is a graduate of Thorsby High School.

Jann was an accountant for Envolve Communities. Jann devoted her life to God, her family and working. Not a day went by that she wasn't checking on her children multiple times a day while she worked diligently to ensure all of her work was completed. She loved cooking, whether it be a good home cooked meal for dinner or baking her amazing pound cake or red velvet cupcakes. She loved Alabama Athletics and especially Big AL. Her love and energy will be greatly missed.

A visitation for Jann will be held Saturday, December 28, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, AL 36109.
