She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Fredrick Clark and Mary Belle Mitchell Clark; her siblings, Lonnie Frederick Clark, Jr. (Fred) and Carolyn Clark Mount; and her former husband Paul J. Chak.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Daphne Christine and Lilly Jeannine; and her niece Jeannine. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
