He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Sullivan and Philomena Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his children, Rebecca Susan Coleman (Gary) and Robert Gregory McBride (Tami). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity in Jerry's name.
