She was predeceased by: her husband Rene; her parents, Rosaleen Gordon and William Gordon; and her siblings, Lena Holden and Karl Gordon.

She is survived by: her sons, Keith Hildebrand (Shelley) of Montgomery, Ala. and Bradley Hildebrand (Amber) of Fredericksburg; her grandchildren, Mallory, Josh, Morgan and Tyler; her brother Michael Gordon of Marietta; and her niece Julie White.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the WEGL-FM W. Rene Brinsfield Memorial Endowed Scholarship at Auburn University.
