He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce. He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Caddell Michael (Charlie Warnke); his grandchildren, Mac, Chad, Christine, Matthew, Andrew and Clea; his son Kirby Caddell; and his caregivers, Octavia Tyus, Verlener Cargill, Cris, Lela and Cherry. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
