He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Stanley King (Becky); his sons, John David King IV, Alex King and Morgan King; his stepchildren, Matthew Williams and Sarah Grace Williams; his sister Gina King Lewis (Danny); his nephews, Richard Lewis (Loren) and Ryan Lewis (Kassi); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trey Lewis, Troy Lewis, Crislen Farquhar and Annabelle Farquhar.
