He is survived by: his wife Gayle Grisso McDonald; his children, Julie Goodson (Billy), John Lindsey McDonald (Kim), Grant McDonald (Jennifer) and Kevin McDonald (Kelly); his grandchildren, Charles King (Hannah), Robert King (Caroline), Jared King, Daniel King, Mason McDonald, Madison McDonald, Caleb McDonald and Aubrey McDonald; and his great grandchild Ezra John King. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
