He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Fred David and Lorena VanTuyle David. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rose David; and his stepchildren, Wes McNair, Mark McNair, Leigh Smeltzer, Melanie Key, Angie Williams, Kim Williams and Greg Williams. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
