She is survived by: her sister Sandra Wathen; her son-in-law J. Mike Hughes; her son Steve; her daughter-in-law Gale Golden; her daughter Amelia; her son-in-law Rocky Barnes; her grandchildren, Heath Hughes (Lacy), Justin Hughes (Allie), Jessie Golden, Genny Golden (Tim Karki), Garrett Massey (Hall) and Austyn Barnes; and her great grandchildren, Ava Greer, Layla Westyn Hughes, Timothy, Joseph, Amelia, John Garrett Hughes and Arch Massey.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Macedonia North Baptist Church (37 Co Rd 468, Vincent, AL 35178). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
