He is survived by: his children, Willie F. Patten, David E Patten, Leola Mae Patten, Dorothy Patten Peppers, Felicia Patten-Smith, Debra Patten and Linda J. Patten-Hale; his wife Sharon Patten of Joliet, IL; his children, Renee Patten-Sena of Wisconsin, Jerome Patten of Wisconsin and Charita Patten of Joliet; his stepchildren, Ronald Patten, Wanda M. Lewis of Texas, Mia Adams of Joliet, IL., Quincy Adams (Tamiko) of Joliet, IL. and Shariss Walker of Joliet, IL.; his siblings, David Patten of Montgomery, AL, Dorothy Peppers of Dolton, IL, Felicia Smith (Ezelle) of Woodbridge, VA and Debra Patten of Mongomery, AL.; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Brown and Ta'Mia Tate. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
