He is survived by: his wife Flora J Foshee; his children, Natalie Powell, LaTonya Hatton-Foshee, Fannie C Bullock, Stacey Foshee and Cecil J. McNear III (Marie); and his brother Jesse Foshee (Sadie). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren: 20 great-grandchildren.
