She is survived by: her mother Annette Tillery; her husband John Mosley; her children, Stephanie Alsworth (Kenny Alsworth), Jessica Payton (Michael Payton), Joshua Mosley (Kayla Mosley), Brittany Kendrick (Jeremy Kendrick) and Jonathan Mosley (Morgan Mosley); her grandchildren, Tyler (Nicole), Dylan (Hailey), Shelby, Bailey, Eli, Nate, Jordyn, Mackenzie, Kimblerly, Elizabeth, Ethan, Jaxon, Miranda and Melody; her great grandchildren, Grayson and Chase; and her siblings, Gary and Susan.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, you would consider donating to Columbus Hospice, who gently and expertly helped care for Lisa in her final months of life.
