She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Hubert Bailey, Sr. and Daisy Rawlins Bailey; her husband William Jackson Kelly; her son William Carey Kelly; and her siblings, Guy Hubert Bailey, Jr., James Lawton "Sport" Bailey, Franklin T. Bailey, Eugene Thomas Bailey, Walter Phillip "Pete" Bailey and Dorothy Ann Harris.
She is survived by: her sons, Lance Kelly (Joan) of Ramer, AL and Russell Kelly (Barbara) of Wetumpka, AL; her grandchildren, Amber Espy (Craig) of Abbeville, AL, Peyton Kelly (Kayla) of Prattville, AL, Nathan Kelly (Katie) of Birmingham, AL and Marshall Kelly of Birmingham, AL; her stepgrandchildren, Robin Carter (Brannon) of Spartanburg and Logan Lockett (Abril) of Slidell, Louisiana; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Mason Espy, Hannah Faith, Elizabeth, Jack, Bailey Kelly, Lincoln and Eleanor Lockett; and her sisters-in-law, Dot Bailey, Judy Bailey and Mary Bailey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
