She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Nolton Sadler and Lois Whittington Sadler; her husbands, Jefferson Gilbert Beale, Jr. and John Wesley Durr; and her brother Lee Frank Sadler.
She is survived by: her children, Jefferson Gilbert Beale, III (Nancy), Sadler Beale McLemore (Tom), Nolton "NoNo" Daniel Beale (Kate), Alice "Sista" Beale Varner (Rob), Lucy Durr Berry and James Judkins Durr, II; and her grandchildren, Mary Martha McLemore Walker (Garrett), Thomas Oliver McLemore, III (Pam), Whittington Sadler McLemore Black (Wesley), Alice Beale McLemore Vosel (Stephen), Jade Elizabeth Currid, Bibb Robinson Beale (Amy), Sadler Sullivan Beale Ward (Corbin), Robert Parker Varner, Jr. (Sara), Jefferson Daniel Varner (Sarah), William David Varner, II (Mariana), Alice Sadler Varner, Sarah Collins Durr and Olivia Collins Berry.
