He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Surles and Grace Surles. He is survived by: his sons, Brad Surles (Kimberly) of Valparaiso, FL and Michael Surles (Hayley) of Montgomery, AL; and his grandchildren, Taylor Anne and Tanner Surles.
