The lying in state was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Progressive Missionary Baptist Church. A burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at the Kindle Cemetery (3412 Old Selma Rd, Montgomery, AL 36108). Social Distancing Practices will be observed during the visitation and services.
