She was predeceased by: her husband Lewis Otis Black. She is survived by: her son Michael Joe McFadden; and her siblings, Kay Simpson Britt (Ron), Thomas Joseph Simpson, Jr. (Ami), Susan Simpson Dull (Rick) and Margaret Simpson Prickett (Paul).
