She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Henry Bridges; her husband Barry Hall Bowen; and her mother Elizabeth Bruce Bridges. She is survived by: her children, Betsy Bowen, Brian Bowen (Susan), Bruce Bowen (Anna Kate) and Brittany McFarland (Brett); her brothers, Dr. Edwin Bridges and Bruce Bridges; and her grandchildren, Brett Montgomery, Beth Kelly (Chance), Dr. Madison Price (Sterling), Trent Bowen, Maddox Bowen, Bridges Bowen, Henley Bowen, Cruise Bowen and Carlee McFarland.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Alabama Heritage Funeral Home (10505 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL 36117). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
