She is survived by: her husband Oscar Lee Hooks Jr.; her grandchildren, Joey Blackmon (Leigh Ann), Lee Blackmon (Tori) and Jason Blackmon; and her great grandchildren, Blake Blackmon (Amanda), Hayden Blackmon (Bailee), Connor Blackmon, April Blackmon, Taylor Blackmon (Whitney) and Trent Blackmon (Kathie). She is also survived by five great-great grandchildren.
